Shipping & Returns

 

Our shipping costs do not include an island surcharge.

We always strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

 

Standard Shipping

For shipments up to 25kg and a girth of up to 120cm (longest + shortest side), we generally use:

  • Hermes
  • DHL

Shipping Larger Packages

Shipments over 25kg and up to 40kg with a girth of up to 300cm are shipped by: with:

  • GLS
  • DPD

Note: Other shipping methods are not possible internationally.

 

Alternative Shipping Methods (National)

If you would like a different national shipping method (e.g., cash on delivery, DHL / Deutsche Post, Packstation), this is generally possible. Please note:

  • Shipping costs must be recalculated manually.
  • Items with a length exceeding 110cm (packaging dimensions) cannot be shipped via DHL / Deutsche Post.

Please enter your request in the order process under “Remarks”. We will get back to you as soon as possible via email.

If the shipping costs are not acceptable

You have the following options:

  • Use our alternative shipping
  • Cancel your purchase if no agreement can be reached

Items to be shipped separately

Some products must be shipped separately due to their length or weight.
These are marked with the following symbol:

Examples:

  • Camouflage Poles
  • Spades
  • Antenna Rods

These items cannot be combined with other products.

Please place a separate order for this item.
If you wish to order other items,

Shipping costs for individual items

Some items incur high shipping costs even in small quantities. Shipping costs.

Example: Shipping one camouflage pole costs the same as shipping ten.
